Raton Pass Camp & Cafe Campground, Raton, NM
The campground was a lot quieter from the road noise then I thought it would have been. We weren't very far from the freeway either. We were the only ones in the upper section so it's kind of hard to judge how close the spaces were. AT&T service was excellent as the tower for it was just up the hill from where we were. Nothing was really open at the campground and was mainly used for overnight stays at that time of year I guess. We used our Escapee's discount at this location. I think we got 15% off using the escapee's card. We definitely made back our money spent on that club. Since we only stayed two nights and it was windy (which might have helped cut down the road noise), I don't really have any Pro's or Con's to list. Here are some pictures we took of our RV and the spot it was in.
