We stayed here from 28 March to 11 Apr 2018.
This place does have a pool and I think a hot tub (they were not open when we
were there), a club house, Tetherball and a basketball hoop. It has
several trails that run in the resort. They aren't long, takes maybe 5
minutes to walk from one end to the other but, it kind of makes you feel you
are in the woodsy/desert. Actually, most of the park isn't bad. The
bad part is the camping spots themselves and because of that, we don't plan on
coming back to this campground. So, what's so bad about the camp
spots? The majority of them are very, very narrow. One RV we say
had there slide less than an inch away from the power pole. our spot was
just wide enough for us to put out our slides. We had to make our steps
shorter to be able to put them out. When we leave the trailer, we had to
go into the campsite next to us. Once we got the truck parked in front
of the RV, we had no room for anything. Couldn't sit outside, it was hard
to even grill out. We ended up lowering the tailgate and putting the
grill on it. So, I wouldn't call it a resort if you cannot do anything
outside at your campsite. But that's just me, you might have other
opinions. Here are some pictures we took of the campsite.
Here is the Pro's and Con's for this Campground in a nutshell:
Pro's:
- Swimming pool
- cheap to stay (it was a coast to coast resort and only cost us $10 a night).
- walking trails
Con's:
- Camp sites are really narrow.
